Return Policy
If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, please reach out to us at jasonpritchardart@hotmail.com . Our return policy applies to original paintings only that are purchased through this website www.jasonpritchardart.com and extends for 14 days from the date of receiving your item, allowing you to request a return within this period.
Kindly be aware that the return policy exclusively pertains to original paintings and does not cover Art Prints, Art Calendars, or Art Cards. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for these items.
For a return to be eligible, the original painting must be in the same condition as when you received it, and you'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs will be at the expense of the buyer to return the item.
Initiate a return by contacting us at jasonpritchardart@hotmail.com . Please note that items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted. Upon approval of your return, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
